Managing Anxiety With the “Rule of Three”

This could involve reframing the situation, considering alternative perspectives, or focusing on more positive aspects.

By applying the Rule of Three, individuals can develop a habit of challenging their anxious thoughts and replacing them with more rational and constructive ones. Over time, this can help reduce overall anxiety levels and improve coping skills.
